The Class Keeper® App is a simple, digital tool that helps parents—especially busy moms—capture, organize, and revisit their child’s school memories in one place. Instead of keeping piles of artwork, papers, and keepsakes, you can snap a photo, upload it instantly, and store everything in a clean, organized timeline.

It’s designed to make memory keeping realistic and manageable, so you can hold onto what matters without the clutter or overwhelm. The app can also be paired with the Class Keeper® physical system if you want to keep a curated selection of meaningful items.

The Class Keeper® App is designed to work on most modern smartphones and tablets, including both iOS and Android devices. As long as your device is running a recent operating system and can download apps from the App Store or Google Play, you should be able to use Class Keeper® without any issues.

For the best experience, we recommend keeping your device updated to the latest software version.

Getting started with Class Keeper® is quick and easy:

1. Download the Class Keeper® App from the App Store or Google Play
   
2. Create your account
   
3. Start capturing your child’s artwork, school papers, and milestones by snapping photos
   
4. Organize everything by child, grade, or category

Within minutes, you’ll have a simple system in place to keep track of school memories—without the paper piles.

Once you’ve downloaded the Class Keeper® App from the App Store or Google Play Store, open the app and tap Next to scroll through the introductory screens to advance to the Join screen. Enter your name, email address and create a password. Tap Join. Once you’ve created your account you can sign in and begin!

Open the Class Keeper® App and tap Sign in at the bottom of any of the introductory screens. Enter the email address and password for your account and tap Sign in.

Open the Class Keeper® App and tap Sign in at the bottom of any of the introductory screens. On the Sign in screen, tap Forgot Password. Enter your email address and tap Reset. You will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password.

Please note: We will not send you a password reset link without your request. Should you receive a password reset email without requesting it, please do not tap on the link provided in the email and notify us right away.

From the home screen, tap the menu icon at top left, then tap My Profile. Scroll down to the Change Password section. Enter your current password followed by your new password. Tap Update to confirm the change.

If your email address is not recognized, it’s likely because you have not yet created an account. To set-up your account, open the Class Keeper® App and tap Next to scroll through the introductory screens or tap Skip to go directly to the Join screen. Enter your name, email address and create a password. TapJoin. Once you’ve created your account you can sign in and begin!

From the home screen, tap the menu icon at top left, then tap Sign Out.

From the home screen, tap the menu icon at top left, then tap the Add Profile Photo icon. You can choose from an existing photo in your gallery or use your camera to snap a new one. Once you’ve selected your photo, use the pinch and zoom features to edit your photo to fit in the display window. Once you have it just right, tap Save. You may change your profile photo as often as you wish.

Adding a child profile is as easy as 1, 2, 3!

From the home screen, tap the Child Profiles icon (aka the “smile”) and select Add a Child.
1. Upload a profile photo.
2. Add your child's name & birthday.
3. Select a background theme and tap Save.

You can change the theme as often as you wish!  Follow this same process for each child.

FUN Tip: Create a profile for your pet!  After all, they do such cute, silly, crazy things…so why not create their very own profile. Just “hide” the preset grade albums.

From the home screen, tap the Child Profiles icon (aka the “smile”) and select the child you’d like to update. On the child’s profile page, tap their photo. This will open their profile where you can update any of the profile fields, including name, birthday and background theme. You can also update their profile photo. Remember to tap Save! You may change the profile photo and details as often as you wish.
